What is the difference between ROCKUP and curated jewelry?

The ROCKUP label is in-house designed and self-manufactured with semi-precious gemstones. The Curated product line consists of specially curated products that may then be customised with semi-precious gemstones. Such customisation is hand-crafted.

What if I have sensitive ears?

This is a very important concern for us as well, as such for all earstuds purchases, Shop ROCKUP includes an alcohol swab for disinfection of the earstuds before wear. Shop ROCKUP also includes a pair of silicon ear backings, which are relatively less likely to cause infections.

Materials of each piece of jewelry on Shop ROCKUP are stated on the respective product page. As such please take note of the materials used and consider your allergies before purchase. 

  •  All products with the ROCKUP label are made of 925 sterling silver then plated with 18k rose gold or rhodium (or as otherwise stated).
  • All Curated products are made of sterling silver, unless otherwise stated. Plated metals are also described on the product page.

How should I store my Shop ROCKUP jewelry?

All Shop ROCKUP jewelry should be stored in dry conditions and separately so as to prevent abrasion or scratching. Please see Product Care page for more guidance.

  • For ROCKUP label, all jewelry is delivered in an air tight ziploc bag. A soft velvet bag is also available as an option at no additional cost. We recommend that you store all ROCKUP jewelry in their original packaging in dry conditions, in the soft velvet bag (if opted for).
  • For Curated product line, the jewelry may be delivered in a sealed plastic packaging, or an air tight ziploc bag, placed in an organza bag. We recommend that you store all jewelry in their original packaging in dry conditions.

When can I expect my purchased items to be delivered?

Shop ROCKUP aims to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. 

  • For SmartPac Registered Mail, Singpost takes 2-3 business days to deliver upon mailing out.
  • For Standard Courier, delivery will be made via Taqbin within 2-3 business days.

FAQ 5

How can I track my order?

Once the item has been mailed out, Shop ROCKUP will send you an email notification of the tracking number. Please track all deliveries here.

FAQ 6 Free delivery is made available to me. Can I still track my delivery?

Yes, all orders eligible for free delivery are sent via SmartPac Registered Mail (see Q&A 4 and 5 above for estimated time of arrival) for all free deliveries. The tracking number will be made available to you once the order has been mailed out.
